These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EchoFrame application ("the App", "EchoFrame", "we", "our", "us") available on Apple TV, iPhone, iPad (via the Apple App Store), and Android TV (via Google Play). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using EchoFrame, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
EchoFrame is a photo frame application that displays your Google Photos as a slideshow on your TV, phone, or tablet. The App connects to your Google Photos library via Google APIs and streams photos and videos directly from Google servers.
To use EchoFrame, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. EchoFrame accesses your Google Photos library using OAuth 2.0 authorization; we do not store your Google password.
EchoFrame offers the following in-app purchase options on Apple platforms:
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. The monthly subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
The free trial, if offered, automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial expires.
EchoFrame offers subscription options on Android TV through Google Play Billing. Subscriptions are managed through your Google Play account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in the Google Play Store → Subscriptions.
Refund requests are handled by Apple (for App Store purchases) or Google (for Google Play purchases) according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EchoFrame and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your photos and videos remain your property; we claim no ownership over your content.
EchoFrame relies on third-party services including Google APIs (Photos, OAuth), Firebase (analytics, crash reporting), Apple StoreKit, and Google Play Billing. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The availability of your photos depends on Google Photos and your internet connection.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EchoFrame and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
